sorry that should read the players ARE NOT in the apartment when we set them up or break them down.

Also, again we usually didn't have much notice about set-up's but we always had several members there to help it wasn't just the board. Actually usually there was the Board Member over Housing and maybe one other board member that could get together and do the work. Membership helped a great deal. We would have several people say though if it requires going up and down stairs I won't be able to help. Most of the guys were on the 3rd floor. TV's, dishes .. get heavy
