I'm really not sure what face time you are referring too either. We had monthly Birthday parties that sometimes the office would remember to tell the team about and sometimes not at the monthly membership meeting. The players were at the Mardi Gras Ball (the bar was next to the dance floor and stage, not in the back room). We tried to have a bon fire that the team actually came to but most of the members didn't come because of the weather, I was shocked because Bob had told them they didn't have to go and they all did, I think mainly because of Mike Martone. The Thanksgiving dinner, the Halloween Trick or Treat and we had the year end awards ceremony. The players are in the apartments when we set them up or break them down.

Apartment supplies, two board members had keys to the club storage unit and they were responsible for getting request to the player or his apartment.

There wasn't a secret one on one time with the players, most of our attempts at club events were nixed because of schedule and the office. Mardi Gras fell on a weeknight because of the schedule and I think we had to do Thanksgiving on weeknights as well. I will admit that I ran into one at the gym that as a joke his roommate left and didn't have a ride back to the Lex, I gave him a ride back to the apartment.
