They have not changed over the years. The board members still have their cliques and people are stupid enough to put up with them. Once they get what they want out of you, they throw you to the dogs. I have watched it happen too many times to the younger crowd over the past 10 years. I'll continue to see it happen over the years if there's a team. It's because they know the younger crowd will do grunt work just to be by the players. That's the image that's portrayed out to us spectators. I quit volunteering years ago after I saw what they did to someone's family with legal issues.

If you don't believe in cliques, then how come Rusty Russum used his tie breaker to select Tina Womack (a newbie) over Margie Robinson (who's been around this team as long as I have been around this team, 10+ years)? You can never explain his reasons for selecting Tina and backstabbing Margie clear as day even when it was knowledgeable that Tina was moving out of state.
