Subject: Found another!

Hello Ruth:

Received an e-mail from Bob P through Classmates and am following up on it.

It is amazing after all these years to recognize the names from the past. As you know, I joined the class for our junior and senior years. After attending elementary school in Westboro for 1st and 2nd grade, my family moved to Florida. We moved back to Westboro in 1961.

After graduating WHS, I joined the Air Force and after that continued with college. I have lived in South Florida since the late 60's.

While living in Miami in the late 60's, I established contact with Peter C. He attended my wedding in 69. Lost contact after that.

I am currently living in Stuart, Florida where my wife and I own an Office Equipment Business. We've lived in Stuart since we started the business in 1985.

Jeri and I have been married since 1969 and have two grown sons. We have 5 grand children and an extended family of siblings, nieces, nephews and their children.

Small world it is. I was attending a breakfast meeting several years ago and we had a guest speaker. He was running for our county commission and mentioned his home town....Westboro, Ma. It was Doug Smith, younger than us, but we have been friends since our meeting. One of the Hero's lives here as well, don't know which one.

My sister, Caron, is also living in Stuart as well as John Farquar.

Keep up the great work and hopefully you will reach 77 found.

I'll add the website to my favorites and keep in touch.

Best regards,

Phil

Hi all,
I too was only with you for Junior and Senior years as my family moved from Medfield, MA to Westboro in 1961. I have been living in Waltham, MA for the past 36+ years. I too was looking to retire in a few years but my 401K and the economy has added a few years on to that.
Judi Gray called me last night and told me about this site - it is great! I don't have as many memmories as most of you have but it is fun reading about all of them. I am sad to hear of the passing of some of our classmates - another reason to try and reconnect as we never know when it will be our turn - I think we feel like we will live forever. My thoughts and prayers go out to their family and friends.
I love the idea of a "Class Day" in the summer - I was dissapointed that we did not have a 45th reunion - I went to the 25th. Judi said you had a 30th but I did not receive any information about it so did not go.
I also will mark this site as a Favorite and visit it often - it is so important to keep up with old friends and classmates - and so much easier with email and websites - can contact a lot of people at once.
Glad to be aboard and hope to hear from and see a lot of you soon.
kjt
