Subject: for the experience of it, I would love to see him in a theatre production. The selfish side of me wants him back on regular series TV (which he recently said that he would do again). In what role....hummmm..... that is hard to do without using examples.......but I think something that gave him the space to show his dramatic side, as well as the light comedy side.............maybe with some 'pace' to it as well. As for what is 'beneath' him.....I am not sure I am qualified to make that call. I guess for me, as long as HE is good with it, then so am I. Now, that doesn't mean that I am going to love each and every role that he does, but I can respect his decision to do it.
In reply to: Barbie 's message, "MJ brings up a subject I think would make a good topic of discussion. I have often read of concerns that DJE should be in projects that "do him justice" or that we feel are "worthy of him." But what are they? What projects fit that criteria? Remember that David is the one choosing these roles, so shouldn't we have a little faith in his ability to choose what's best for him?" on 10:54:31 04/26/09 Sun

[> I like to see him in Drama and Comedy, i think after his 10yr slog on JAG, working ungodly hours a day, has put him off of another series, [keeps him away from his family for to long. As for the theatre, for purely selfish reasons i wouldn't like for him to do that [ unless of course he came to England?] -- Michelle UK, 19:58:05 04/29/09 Wed [1]
