The official rule cannot produce 48 from 113 entries. Your method subtracted 60 instead of 30 then added 30 back......effectively reduces the recall count artificially, landing around 47–48

The actual rule says Over 60 entries 30 competitors, plus an additional one in three (or part of three) competitors, up to a maximum of 50 dancers

30 competitors, plus 1 in 3 of the remaining competitors

113-30=83. 83/3=28. 30+28=58-capped at 50.
