Subject: Transfer ban query

My dd has not had a lesson since July 24. A variety of excuses given by TC as to why she had to cancel lessons. She kept practicing on her own and competed in October but has not competed since. We decided to move. We had been patient enough and the TC has said that the ban starts now. My question is does the 6month start from the last lesson or the last time she competed or is it actually from now.

Its starts when new TC puts it through in writing (NT) -- Correct, 28/05/25 23:20:29, Wed
If you just moved then its now. If she went to new school in October 25, it would be a year since she was involved with the old school, I think there is no ban as 12 months lapsed. (NT) -- She may be able to do qualifying if old school closed. You can appeal it if you have grounds to. First with regional council, then CLRG., 29/05/25 8:08:33, Thu

  - OP please email CLRG and explain your situation and ask them for a definite answer on when you ban would start. If your last lesson was in August, you may find that waiting until this August..more.. -- No name, 29/05/25 22:28:26, Thu
