Subject: It lets dancers get away with doing a true hornpipe just one round every other year. Needs to be reformed.

With treble jig first round, the set round should be a hornpipe done at speed 100 or faster.

With hornpipe first round, the set should be a treble jig or hornpipe at speed 80 or slower.

This would force every dancer to prepare dances in both treble jig and hornpipe timing for every major.
