As soon as they try to “discipline” one of the involved judges, they lawyer up and take CLRG to court.

The CLRG disciplinary procedures are useless and don’t stand up as a defence, so they keep losing and having to pay out. I guess that’s what happens when your “rules” are written by a bunch of old fogeys and read like gibberish. Lets be honest, there aren’t even clear rules to begin with.

They already lost 10s of thousands on legal fees so far and can’t afford to lose any more. So dropping all charges against the remaining parties is part of their cost cutting measures to try and save CLRG from bankruptcy.
