People are so entitled.
Maybe the TC is trying to get their own head around the news.
Maybe they're waiting on the outcome of the meeting.
Maybe they want all information before approaching dancers and their parents who will obviously ask them more questions.
We all have questions, but the letter is so vague that it creates more questions then it answers. And TCs just don't have the answers.
The majority of the TCs are just as much in the dark going forward as we are.
Apart from the very vague letter, they are going on snippets in the media, just like we are.
The majority of these teachers have been members of this organization for many many years. Its all they've known in their own dancing journey and all of a sudden it appears to be crumbling around them.
Give the TCs a chance to gather their own thoughts, and all the info they can before you make demands like your own wants and feelings are the only things that matter.
The TCs are only human too.
And I don't say any of this to take away from the hurt that dancers and parents feel and are right to. I just think we need to remember that most of the TCs are as in the dark as us and have feelings too.
And before you way it, I'm not a TC. I'm a dancer parent
