And are off stage and heading back to their seats. If a dancer is unlucky to finish dancing and then for whatever reason there is a pause/ break etc in he next rotation , she states she will be still be judging young dancers as they walk past the judging table!
Well that is just completely unfair , judge all the dancers equally and to the same standards , so if all aren’t being judged as they walk past judging table then don’t judge the unfortunate ones who happen to finish when there’s an event beyond their control ( eg a toilet break etc)
Also you do not know what is going through a dancers head and how they’ve felt they danced by looking at them when they’ve finished. Some dancers are poker faced - but inside they may be thrilled or some dancers may have danced flawlessly but are harsh on themselves .You don’t know the kids jsw , your job is to judge the dancing infront of you on stage not how you perceive a child’s facial expressions . Stop with the utter crao !!!.
Check yourself , you sound ridiculous and absolutely desperate .focus on your job and score sheets . Wouldn’t even let my child dance at a feis infront of this lunatic
