Things like "We watch you walk back to your seat." Sure judges do that, but for one to admit it like it isn't a big deal is wrong. Judges shouldn't be judging you after you're done dancing. They should be more professional than that. They shouldn't ring the bell until their score is written down anyway. She is the "Image is basically everything" type of judge who picks who they want to win before the dancing starts and then just looks for a reason to justify that opinion.
