Subject: Yet. They would be silly to not open up. It makes no sense to be open in America and not in Ireland where your biggest competitor to became semi-open.

It's time for all the closed orgs (the one and a half that remain) to get with the times. Monopoly days are over. This isn't the 1960's anymore.
