Loyalty? That's largely dead. Look at all the parents so eagerly willing to jump ship to the next school they think will placate to them and their little princess. Teachers who get burned by students and parents learn quickly or risk drying up. Blame yourselves and what you are not teaching your kids before you blame the lack of bond teachers are no longer trying to build. This has turned Irish dance transactional.
