From experience having emailed multiple dressmakers I’ve found that Eire Design prices have increased slightly but the cost is broken down ie basic dress, crystal packages, headpiece, shawl etc.
John Carey also do this, basic price, diamond packages etc.
Champion Designs - Do offer a fixed price which includes headpiece and kickpants and crystals.

But we are going to buy a second hand dress now and will not be buying an Elite, I will never dress my dancer in one of their dresses knowing how they treat customers. I genuinely feel for parents who have been saving for dresses and don’t have another 30% to pay on top of previously quoted prices.
