Subject: If this is true, you should report them to PayPal as it's against their rules, not only non refuldable, but tax evasion as not a business earning. More inside.

Yes, using PayPal's "Friends and Family" (F&F) feature for business transactions is against PayPals User Agreement and can result in account suspension or banning. F&F is strictly for personal, non-commercial transfers, while all sales of goods or services must use "Goods and Services" to ensure fee payment and purchase protection.

Key Consequences and Rules:

Account Risk: Using F&F to avoid fees for business transactions can lead to PayPal freezing, locking, or permanently banning your account.

No Protection: Transactions made via F&F are not covered by PayPals Purchase Protection, meaning buyers cannot get refunds if items are not received or are fraudulent.

Tax Compliance: Using F&F for business hides commercial income, which violates PayPals policies designed to properly track sales for tax reporting.

What to Use Instead:
Always use the Goods and Services option for business transactions. This ensures that you are following the rules and that both parties are protected.
