It is important to note, it isnt a faliure or a fault to be turned away from an audition. it doesnt mean any dancer was bad, or that they didnt perform well. It is a case of, they were looking for a certain type of dancer, or look, or style, and not. fitting that isnt a bad thing. Next time, they could be looking for exactly the opposite. For those dancers who didnt make it to the call backs or get the contract, dont get disheartened, keep trying, next time could be your moment.
