Subject: One thing is absolutely certain, a NEW org is needed. An organization that will do the following:

1) Protection of the art form
2) Protection of all dancers
3) Adjudicators cannot own an interest in an adjacent business, I.e., dress making, shoe design/manufacture, wig sales, etc.
4) There can be NO school identifiers on solo costumes
5) Code of Conduct stating that evidence of cheating will result in lifetime suspension
6) All major panels will be rotating
7) Panel draw 30 minutes prior to competition; cell phones surrendered at draw.
8) Adjudicators sequestered for entirety of major event
9) Dancer number provision side stage in advance of comp, not day before
10) Birth gender dictates the group you compete in
