Since they do not have to worry about health ins, unemployment, wages, engines, other capital, they have been able to pay fort worth fd without raising taxes.

If you look at how much we are going to spend on a full time FD, we may be able to get into a contract with Fort Worth for less amount.

Everyone accepts the risk as a fireman, wether volenteer or paid.
