ignore the facts if you will but that had the biggest impact of all, then our city being land locked, (again not the city councils fault (well not in the last 40 years anyway). Those two are the biggies. then you have an 1950s adult who is about gone selling their 1950s house to someone who will take/afford a 1950s house. Does your company use money/locations/advertising etc. on people who can't afford your products? The only hope is for renewal is for an investor to buy low and develop/sell high. Until then it will continue to crumble. Everything changes/ Nothing/Nobody lasts forever except God!
