Author: I want it explained to me aqain how leadership can claim changing the charter to this election type is saving the taxpayers money. Let's go back to he/she who has the most votes wins and save the city money! (66,000.00)

        When I had my run-off with Scott, Marvin stated that the run off election would cost 24,000. He's also stated that the city set aside 26,000 in case there was a run off this time.
