I like the idea of a community center.

We need something that caters to both young and old.

A basketball gym, swimming pool, Let these thing pay for themselves.

Engage with the YMCA to support and manage. Other cities use these type of programs. You want to play you got to pay. Make it affordable.

Go around and look at other cities, White Settlement has a great Center, so does North Richland Hills.

It might be a start up investment but it will be a long term revenue builder.

Buy adjoining land in the short to long term future, have a ten year plan. Expand and Grow!

Lets Make River Oaks Great Again!
