Dear Mr. Attorney Steve...

In answer to your question by me, and you'll have to let Kyle answer himself but he'll tell ya he's still rubbing a sore butt from my observation, YES, SIR...off and I I'm still rubbing a little sore butt!

Boy, my dad has caught on to this doing paddling thing RIGHT! I haven'r said anything to him, but I've been wondering what it would have been like when I was younger growing up how much my butt would have gotten paddled, instead of other punishments I got...

Anyway back to your statement, argument Mr. Attorney, Sir... YOU ARE CORRECT...and stupid me...I guy who is suppose to make the correct call to make the right play tohelp win the game, ACCIDENTLY jumper OFF SIDES or BAULKED at the pitch...in other words I got my little butt paddled because I shot off my BIG MOUTH going to my dad to tell him I spanked Kyle...but I wasn't thinking that I shouldn't have told him I did that but, that Kyle was still harrassing me about the broken window.

I will say my dad was PROUD of me for volunteering to have Kyle's dad paddle me to try to put an end to the broken window...but that went against his belief back when the window was broken that he didn't believe in spanking Joel!

He could have been mad at me for that, but understand I was justing trying to put a STOP to the matter. He told me I still didn't have to sacrifice my butt and I still could have stood by his decision NO SPANKING JOEL and walked from Kyle and Kyle's dad that day.

But, last Saturday the issue was, to satisfy Kyle's dad, that I needed to be taught a lesson NOT TO BE A BULLY!

ME, smaller in size Joel a BULLY, who somehow held Kyle down who is bigger then me and then whacked his butt to spank it!

Nobody, my dad or Kyle's dad, thought to press the issue more...how did Joel have help or did he have help...thus in a way a "white lie" I did to protect Cody, Luke, Sean and Evan and Kyle must be thinking enough of the guys too, or he would have SPILLED HIS GUTS and RATTED ON THEM!

So my little butt took some hits for the guys...and do I expect a payback from them? Not really...but maybe I might need their services again to help history repeat itself if needed to spank Kyle again if he harrasses me further about the broken window.

If he does and tells his dad...be his word against mine did Joel spank him...provided that Kyle doesn't run right away and show off a red, sore ass to his dad...then my little butt is COOKED and will get tenderized and pounded again!

I didn't say anything the Kyle but, also Kyle kinda got a wish he was shooting for back in April for the first anniversary of the first ever spanking I got from the school principal, he wanted me to get spanked to "celebrate and remember" and if it came down to it he'd take a spanking with me!

Well...Kyle got his wish...and I bet he enjoyed it, gloated on the instead after we both were ordered not to make fun of the other guy spanked or we'd get an extra spanking!

So you can't tell me he wasn't gloating...watching my little butt get smacked...again to make up for when I diddn't for the broken window..but MR. ATTORNEY...how many times does my butt have toi pay for that window? Kyle paid for it with one spanking...now it all reality I've paid for two spankings for that window I look at it...once spanked by Kyle's dad at his house...and last Saturday by my dad, which was really I WAS A BULLY, but in my eyes my butt paid for that window again!

So Steve, I see your point...two choices...and the need to chose one and stick with it.

I learned a valuable lesson...but somehow my brain over reacted and jumped ahead and made me make a second choice and I didn't need to.

For a reminder that I did...and won't do it again, I still have a little soreness from that paddling. Oh well, I haven't had the need to do alot of sitting, even while standing at the YMCA teaching kids baseball etc. I have thought though, it would be a HOOT for some of these kids if they knew two (Joel and Kyle) of their 6 baseball instructors got spanked over the weekend!

So I see your POINT again...you as an attorney can not argue two opposing sides and win both!

I learned a lesson, but I'm waiting to see if Kyle has, still being remorseful to me, which he has so far, or is he thinking Joel the Bully will get his 'GANG' together and give him another paddling and this time keep his big mouth shout and not go running to two dad's.

Thank you for the advice, and yes I don't have to take it and same goes from Bill, but my mind got out of whack some how...I should have left well enough alone after me and the guys paddled Kyle and NOT went to the dad's...that caused me to get whacked...and boy did I (rubbing a little of the seat of my cargo shorts) learn a lesson!

Not that you didn't give me good advice, Mr. Attorney Steve...I wonder what Attorney Abraham Lincoln would have told me if I sought him out for a second opinion on this matter?

I'd like to say case closed...but Kyle is the one that could keep it open if he starts harrassing me again!

Then I guess...come here Kyle...WHACK...WHACK...WHACK...
