As I write this, I am still hoping that my mom gets to go home from the hospital. My niece and her husband are supposed to come in this weekend and bring the baby. My niece gave birth to a baby boy last December and we haven't seen him in person yet. I held my niece in my arms when she was a baby and now I get to hold this little guy. I just wish my dad and my brother were still around.

I don't know if any of you have ever held a baby in your arms but I can tell you that it is the most AWESOME experience. I challenge all of you to ask your moms and dads what their thoughts were when they held you for the first time.
