Hi Bill.

Quick message, THANK YOU for giving your opinion and I respect you and thank you truly for it! HONEST!

This is the first time I know that the school passed out condoms. I went to Prom last year, but we didn't get condoms before maybe I was absense or not in room when passed out and guys didn't make a BIG DEAL!

I have been taught by my parents to respect dates and that they should respect me and NOT ASK ME to do something I don't want to do or they shouldn't be asking be either.

I would like save myself for that special girl, whoever she is that I marry and it be MY FIRST TIME my wedding night! God teaches that and I believe that!

But I realize too, and I'm getting into this dating game for just my second year, and realize "things" happen, moods happen, so I guess the school just wants to help protect kids from both angles?

As for drinking on Prom Night!

None of us Jocks have ever had a drink...that is the TRUTH! I don't believe anyone would want to, and if offered would REFUSE because of training rules, IF CAUGHT you can be suspended for game or KICKED OF THE TEAM if Coaches/School decide, and NOBODY would want to risk that with the winning season we have going! Got eyes on winning Districts and whatever else. I wouldn't mind winning another State Championship! That would look GOOD entering college this Fall!

Graduation Night....on issues could be a matter for both, maybe for some guys, but only maybe the condom issue, because for liquor...we'll know if we have played district title game or for sure pre-district by then, depending on schedule stays same...and again NO LIQUOR RULE APPLIES for baseball playing!

I never really had an urge to want to try a drink. When I was 5 yrs. old my dad had a brother who drank, got drunk one night and had car accident with his kids in the car, and KILLED HIS 8 YR. OLD DAUGHTER! For a young 5 yr. old I remember that as clear as day and my parents had me attend the funeral. That little girl's body was so tornup it was a closed-casket,but I still can see that little white casket like it was yesterday!

Thanks for caring about all of us Jock buddies, Bill and voicing your IMPORTANT opinion!
