Well. guys get into a bind sometimes & do things. Had I been caught, the penalty would have likely been the same for not having an assignment vs copying.

> What about the 8th grade note forgery? What higher
>price could you have paid then swats from principal...What about the high price at school, care give details and at home? I bet at home after a meeting with your old man you didn't sit for a week?

We dug a fairly deep hole for ourselves, skipping + forging excuse notes. When confronted, we agreed not to add lying to the list. The principal lit up the seat of our jeans with 5, the max with a jr high paddle, but the grand finale was taking home the discipline note with our forgery job attached for parents to see. I'll admit it was not 'a week' but dad tanned my 13 y/o ass enough that evening to convince me to avoid cutting school & forging. Think your old man would have done the same?

> For your 8th grade skip, was you alone or have
>buddies go along with?

One of my best buddies & me. The forged note idea was his but that didn't save my ass from the principal or dad. He got the belt on his fresh paddled ass too.

> Your dad always get that razor strop or his dad use
>other items to tan his ass up? You ever get a razor
>strop on your ass?

He talked about grandpa's strap & trips to the garage across their backyard but figure as a kid, he probably got the pants down ass smackings like little kids get...I did. You get the bare bottom smacks as a kid? Dad never used the strap but was damn effective with a belt when needed. Mom or dad ever use a switch to stripe your butt?

> As for the last belt to my ass from dad, I mouthed
>off to my mother and dad said NEVER AGAIN. I got
>hauled into my bed, told to bare my ass, bend over
>edge of my bed with ass up

My dad too. Mouthing to him was bad enough & proved at 16 what that belt could achieve on my big boy ass, but sassing mom was always worse. You know your dad was serious & it would be bare ass as you hauled you to your room? Was there any pleading or negotiating once in your room or you knew better & strip down to bare ass when told?

> Did you try the cold shower routine? Work for you?

Tried a few times maybe but minimal effectiveness. Just going face down & butt naked on my bed & let nature cool down my hide was more usual. Ever back-talk or sass your dad during or right after an ass whipping & make things worse for yourself? I did around age 11 once & my butt paid big time.
