Thinking about doing T&T -- Director, 10:39:59 09/10/09 Thu [7]
Hey everyone...

I am a director and I was thinking about doing T&T... What do you all reccomend? I like when positive things about pageantry are shown.. and my pageants are all about fun for the kids and every child wins a title, and I always bring a great group of contestants.. no drama or anything of the sort. Also does anyone know if and how much the directors are compensated? I have never had a big enough pageant to give a good cash prize but with the money they give I could definitely do that and want to invest in some awesome stage decorations.
I am a director who is really in it for the kids and I absolutely love pageants. I do not want to bring any drama for anyone involved though.. do the producers let the directors have a say in who they follow?

No one, directors included, are compensated. T&T doesn't pay for anything except the rooms they need for interviews. (NT) -- You have a say as to who you turn into producers. No say on who they end up following., 20:01:30 09/10/09 Thu

You can`t really and truely be sure the ones who won should have because you did not see all the contestants. Toddlers and Tiaras only showed a small portion of the girls who attended. Like last week there were some truely beautiful girls that you never saw and I know this because there were 179 contestants and you only saw 15 to 20 at the most. First of all D. Moss has her pageant system with alot of pm's that support her all the way. I know you are all tired of the smoker croker, that has to emcee all the pageants for west virginia for pip, the directors doesn't want her there but they are afraid of what she might do if they say NO! Those children that are in that group only do their pageants look at their nationals and mini look who's in charge this woman is evil everyone that does her pageants has to go by her rules or you will be banned! Alot of you have friends that has been mistreated! D. Moss doesn't have a ban system there is 2 sides of pageantry in WV the dark side PIP, then CCP they are more laid back by the episodes you sure can tell. The smoker croker only has a few competitive girls left, mostly young children and a few newbies. Hope they learn soon that is not the place to be TnT does know how this woman acts so its hilarious to them! Everyone try understand. I live in Henderson, NC I have friends all through that area we have done pageants with both systems the blond bomb shell is a hot mess. My niece only does nationals now thanks to her, she has lost alot of girls b/c of her reactions Don't judge ppl on one woman this episode was great no COI so blond bomb shell get over it this episode brought wv back to life we are normal and nothing like you! You and your pip's stay together you can't win anywhere else
