Once again good to see you use facts/research in your arguments....it was the week after we finished our season actually (due to delayed season)...

I dont know how you can say rules are 'tight' apart from Rucks everything else is based on opinion and we have been extremely flexible in letting ANY player have at least 2 SL positions, which usually means you are eligible to play between 4 - 10 positions on field and then we have bench on top of that with no restrictions...

the facts are:
Majority wanted Balance
Majority wanted Balance tightened (those who contributed when they had a chance)
Salary Cap - dont know if we voted on this in the past, but I am certainly 100% against it (happy to take it to a vote - I cant remember if we did or not in the past)

What is the point of having something like a salary cap in a keeper league? means coaches that draft well and do there research are worse off in the long run? Also means depth players arent needed e.g. back up Rucks/KPP and you would need to be EVEN TIGHTER on balance to stop people just hoarding guns and only having rookies as depth
