I personally think the Mods have done a great job around team balance, and though we do not always see eye to eye on individual players and their best or most true position, I think the system and process is as fair as one could expect, so in that regard I feel that the current rules are fair and equitable.
However, if a number of coaches feel the league could be better with a rule tweak here and there I am very happy to listen to any proposals that are put on the table and to vote on them if the Mods feel it is a valid argument and worth further investigation.
SL has changed so much since I first joined, and no doubt will continue to evolve. It is a tough league with a lot of very good coaches, and as long as we can be open-minded and respectful of each others ideas and views, I am confident any changes will be for the betterment of the league in the long run..
