Everybody relax.

1. Spread the jobs around (I'd love to oversee Draft related operations as I frequently listen to Draft related podcasts and happy to update phantom drafts on Sheets to give everyone a good idea of how the draft is going to look as well as dealing with future picks etc.)

2. Be reasonable with teams who are deficient in Rucks, we all know how much of a rare commodity rucks are so why are our balance rules so heavy handed? Obviously if there has been no effort in trade or draft to get a decent ruck then the penalty should be applied.... Case by case. Mod clarity is paramount

3. Don't make personal insults in general, seriously, we aren't in high school, we are all adults and should be having arguments related to the topic, calling someone a sook is a cheap cop out and was not at all beneficial to the discussion and in fact exacerbated it.

I want to enjoy the competition now that I am a fully fledged coach and have my own team and am mature enough to run one properly, I don't want the competition to split up due to drivel.
