Subject: Cheated and want divorce

i am Malaysian staying in Singapore. i married(registered in singapore in May2007) a vietnamese girl introduced by the agency.i love her very much. We stayed in a rented house . In July she requested to go back vietnam to visit her parents for a month.I sent her off the airport. That is the last time i saw her.I went to vietnam to look for her but she ran away from home ,didnt want to see me.
i am heartbroken.

i want to divorce her and get my life back. Hope someone can help to answer my questions:

1. my wife is in vietnam. can i send her the document to be sign in vietnam?how to legalise the document?
2 Will i hv to pay monthly maintenance to her? How to avoid this?
3. My father left a flat for me in Malaysia .will i hv to distribute 1/2 to her?
4. how much is the total lawyer fee for the divorce in malaysia and singapore? can i choose to file the divorce in either country?
5.What are the conditios and procedure of divorce? can i file immediately?
6. can someone recommend a cheap lawyer to me/or any egal aid?
