If it was done w/o your consent or with coercion, it's sexual exploitation
In the 1980's I was getting a form (non sports & I'm not a teenager) filled out by an md. He wanted to palpate for an inguinal hernia, and got viscious and argumentative when I refused permission, citing loss of face. I gave in. He also percuted my knees w/o even asking my permission. Neither item was on the form and he made no notation. Afterwards, he added insult to injury by asking if I had questions and stating "THAT WASN'T SO BAD WAS IT?" I felt contaminated and totally humiliated. I certainly hope he gets bankrupted by a malpractice suit and that practice related criminal charges destroy his career
If the episode was at an accredited facility, file a Joint Commission beef. Don't bother defending yourself , put the put the ball in his/her court.
