I think the first step would be to set up ranks. Obviously, those with higher ranks would be more capable of things, and they would also be the better posters. Works out, see? They get more privileges, they use them wisely, they stay high. They use them poorly, they get demoted. The training, I think, would have an instructor who would have them do things. Probably there should a post minimum so we know the instructee is active, and the teacher would record things like quality of posts, powerplaying, determination, etc, all the things needed for the thing the person is training for. A spy would train in stealth, and fighter pilots in flying. The training in the posts itself would be realistic but the actual grading different...it's too late here for me to think good, I'll come up with a nice long lecture tomorrow...no, wait, day after that, I have to go to a beepin' baseball game tomorrow...*curses silently.* I HATE sports...anyways, I'll shut up now. *Her used soapbox collapses.* Oops...Raven, can I borrow yours next time?
