I understand your point, and you are right, it was out of control. I am not saying that there should not be ANY positions, but not as strict as there might be.
I guess I kind of picture it like a goverment system or like a board. There are a few important positions, and then there is everyone else.
The President, and certain 'category' leaders, who are in charge of only certain aspects of the government.
These people have are in charge of their 'area' but in a different area, they are just like everyone else.

I was thinking of it as.. no General..Captain whatever... That would be too strict a system, and realistically, these people would not accept it. (as I see it anyway)

Maybe you could see it a bit like this ooc meeting. Morgan has the final say and is the 'tie breaker' but we are allowed to discuss things among ourselves, and only when we are done discussing does Morgan tell us her desicion.

Oh well, this is just my opinon, I can't really picture 'rebels' in such a strict system..to me, it doesn't fit.
