It's the time of the year when the "Christians" come out of
their closets to recognize and celebrate the death and resurection of Jesus.
Fact is that easter is actually the recogintion and
celebration of the Pagan Fertility Goddess Eshtar.
Fact is that the friday before easter is observed as the
day that Jesus was crucified. In Mat 12:40 Jesus said,
"For as Jonah was three days and three nights in the belly of the great fish, so will the Son of Man be three days and three nights in the heart of the earth." If Jesus was
crucified on Friday then the third night He talked about in
Mat 12:40 would have been Sunday night.
Fact is that God tells us in Isaiah 1:4 what He thinks of
MAN made feast,easter and christmas. In Isaiah 1:14 God says, "Your New Moons and YOUR appointed feasts My soul hates; They are a trouble to Me, I am weary of bearing them." And in Mark 7:6 Jesus said, "Well did Isaiah prophesy of you HYPOCRITESs, as it is written: 'This people honors Me with their lips, But their heart is FAR from Me. 7 And in VAIN they worship Me, Teaching as doctrines the commandments of men. 8 "For laying aside the commandment of God, you hold the TRADITION OF MEN-the washing of pitchers and cups, and many other such things you do." 9 He said to them, "All too well you reject the commandment of God, that you may keep YOUR tradition.
Fact is that MAN made feast days, holidays, holy days,etc.
are from the world and God's word says in Ro 12:2
And do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind, that you may prove what is that good and acceptable and perfect will of God.
When you stop and think about it people, and I'm talking
about so called christians, go to church on christmas and
easter and check the attendance box. After the service
on christmas the focus is on the presents, the food and
the company. On easter the focus is on the easter baskets,
the candy and the food and the company. On christmas kids
are told that santa claus exist and that he will bring them
presents. It's a lie. On easter kids are told that the
easter bunny will bring them baskets with candy and toys in
them. It's a lie. And God tell us in Prov 6:16 These six things the Lord hates, Yes, seven are an abomination to Him: 17 A proud look, A LYING TONGUE, Hands that shed innocent blood. It's sad when we see how this country has
basically turned it's back on God. It's a DISGRACE when we
see how the church has done the same.
