Yes. Please demonstrate either the contradiction or falsity in your argument. Absurdity, in the context of math and logic, implies a contradiction.

So show me the contradiction.

(Remember, "if x is true, then x is not true" is a contradiction. That and ONLY that is a contradiction. You must demonstrate that your assumptions lead to a boolean statement like this one (or its complement) for there to be a contradiction.)

In its most current form, the Tristam Shandy argument seems weird, but contains no contradiction.

The statement, "It's strange, therefore it's false," doesn't hold any water, Wade. Not when you're talking about math and logic.

So, "SHOW ME THE MONEY!" er, "CONTRADICTION!"
