It really is more a question of "Does reality continue to exist
when everybody is dead?" and I find that to be a difficult one to answer.
It seems like nature ought to persist indepedent of us, but if we die and we
are the deciders of reality to each of ourselves (and reality is a little different
to each person) then I'm not sure that reality does exist, or even if we ever
had it in the first place.

--------------

I never fought with that question of "Does reality continue to exist
when everybody is dead?"... The answer is so simple. YES. This universe was
here before I arived as it will be here after I leave. Understanding this universe
as it changes is
a fun thing to do, but it has never been a question to me does it exist.
Of course it does. How do I know...my 5 senses that are limited and my understanding
of them, just that easy and claims of a god, not that you do, do not improve either one.

Yes life and awarness is truly amazing... I feel that very deeply at times, many times,
as now and I enjoy that. But this mental pleasure does not prove a god or compel me to start
making claims about one. Why would life not be amazing and wonderfull as we exspeirance it?

Does lying to myself, telling myself I know something when I do not improve this pleasure
of awarness? NO, it diminshes what little consept of reality I have. To say a god did
something when I have no stinken idea is self deseptive and claims of the religous will
never be anything but claims.

Yes like I said examining this universe is a fun thing to do and being honest about what we find
is even beter. If we find nothing as to a god then say so, I don't see what the
problem is. What does that do other than being honest. It does not mean a
god does not exist of some kind, it does means we have not found one yet with either
the 5 senses or logical understanding of them. So now we have room to grow. To say
"god did it" and it can not be shown only fills a head with vanity and deseption.
I supose some people like that.

I understand your posistion Damoclese. I am not making any implications to you.
Just going on one of my rants.

You take care,

Don
