Subject: Can someone who has taken the exam walk us through the mini feis? Or (more)

Point me in the right direction if it's already on here:) not to be completely ignorant, but what exactly happens? Do you judge a couple of competitions of varying level, or do you judge all levels? I didn't realize you had to judge ceili until I was reading that on this board. (what a great idea, thank you to the creator!) Then, do the examiners question why you judged a certain way (and is that the "interview")
If my questions are repeats or have obvious answers, can you let me know where to find the info?

Re: I had two experiences, one in Dublin one in the US. Dublin the kids came out two at a time, and left the stage, US they all stayed on stage which I found easier. However in Dublin, 4 Hands were one at a time, US they were two..which was really crazy to watch and write comments. more inside -- d, 19:08:57 05/23/10 Sun
- Hi d, can you tell me how you spread the points? I have a heck of a time with that. What if you place your 1st 4 dancers scores far apart but they end up your 1st, 2nd 3rd places? I was knocked for that. I thought the others would be closer in skill. Also, I have a hard time with beginner judging but that's another question :) One more thing, did you watch utube videos of ceilis or solos?
