when there is a sister teen title, there is time effort energy and money involved. Many directors are at a max helping the Miss program so it is hard to expect them to host a teen when they may not have the time or energy. Numbers were fairly low at many teen locals ..maybe after this year there will be more participation in them..I didnt alwyas think them necessary but this year was different..just the exposure it gives is worth it -- Miss New Hampshire Forum (Unofficial)

It make it so worth it for the teens. The point should be to grow the program into the Miss program. Supporting teen titles would help feed the Miss program and make it stronger. (NT) No name 12:29:01 02/19/13 Tue

It is a fact that every single girl in the top ten was a teen titleholder. And all teens who won awards with the exception of two had titles also.
