Someone posted a photo of the winner of this years Mss New Hampshire USA and was sharing her joy because I am sure this girl worked hard too. She accidently wrote "The New Miss New Hampshire" in minutes someone corrected her that this was NOT "Miss New Hampshire" but "Miss NH USA" . The lovely person who posted it issued an apology (I'm sure she was just caught up in the moment) Then another comment by her partner in crime wrote "this is a real slap to our organization"...and this person was at pagent last year ironically. Again, get over it....Miss NH America is not that much different. They do offer scholarships,which the parents do the fundraising for...and you are lucky if you come out ahead! Miss USA offers many opportunities too...and again many,many lovely,lovely young women have competed in both. Let's face it..at the end of the day, both pagents have you parade around in a gown and swimsuit,so don't act like being Miss New Hampshire makes you look like you are in Mensa, just be happy that some nice young women are happy with themselves and they have the courage to do this.In case you haven't figured it out by now..a hint...the negative comments came from people who's name end in "a"..and "ette" [ Post a Reply to This Message ]

Last year "a" publicly commented on a photo in which a former Miss NH local winner was in her bathing suit and sash at Miss NH USA. Because the USA sash was the same title as a Miss NH local she was not happy and didn't even recognize the girl as a former local titleholder. It's funny how the NH org. expects their girls to have class at all times yet doesn't always practice it.

They need to get over it, not every girl has had an upbringing of twirling, opera, or hoofing or they age out and try USA for a continuing opportunity what ever it may be, Whoever uses the phrase "Trump Trash"...shame on you! You are insulting some fabulous women who once were Miss NH! You claim that The Miss NH program is ":a family for life" or "sisterhood" then you need to support these girls on their next venue of life. Just because they don't hand out scholarship money or a car, doesn't make them bad people. I noticed plenty of pictures of Regan competing last week in in Miss Mass USA, if she had won..would she be trash or would they board light up with "Go Regan" we love you!
