From counting the cigs in the packs and confirming that they would go missing no matter who was "alone" with them at the time I knew both were hooked. When whole part packs started disappearing I knew it was time to confront them. By this point I was dying to see them smoke and when they first smoked in front of me a wanted them hungry for nicotine. I was on a weeks vacation and first day I made all those pack laying around disappear. I didn't want to deny them but I knew they had to be needing the nic and tar pretty badly to be brave enough to smoke in front of me. By mid morning the following day I could tell they were just miserable. So I sat them down and explained that I knew my cigarettes were being stolen and I knew it was both of them doing it. Explained that I wasn't happy, but I enjoyed smoking very much and if they smoked openly in front of me I would consider letting them continue. I offered them a cigarette. The older one was considering if this was some kind of trick. But the younger one caved almost immediately. And then her sister quickly followed. Of course they were so deprived they sucked that nic and tar down pretty hard. I was thrilled to finally see it myself. Watched the joy as the nic brought a calm to their desperate craving. Got a bit long. Will delve a bit more into increasing them in next post. I am curious what motivated you to want to start them in the first place? How did you pick the age to start?
