Subject: **URGENT BUDDY WALK UPDATE & LOCATION CHANGE!!!**

PLEASE NOTE - DUE TO THE RANGER GAME CHANGE TO THE AFTERNOON, THE LOCATION HAS MOVED!!!
We will meet at the University of Texas-Arlington West Lawn - just west of the Maverick Athletic Center.
The area is actually right where the words "Tennis Center" are printed. Parking will be in Lots 30 and 33.
*This location is just a couple of miles west of the Ballpark - take the Cooper Exit from I-30 and head South.
The address is:
500 W Nedderman Dr, Arlington, TX 76019.
(Make sure to put in the "W" if you Mapquest)


WE HAVE 128 TEAM MEMBERS REGISTERED!!!
Here is the schedule:
10am: Team Check-in and registration
11am: Awards & Walk
Children's games, bounce houses, food and live music immediately following walk!

1. WHERE TO MEET: Brooke's team will have a team tent, so when you arrive, look for a tent with "Brooke's Beauties & Beaus" on it or just look for all the crowns and pink/white/black!!! If you still can't find us, you may ask at the registration tables at the front gate.

2. WHAT TO WEAR: a white or black t-shirt and comfortable bottoms/shoes - I will have the t-shirts AT THE TENT for you to put on over your shirt. If you ordered the team shirts, don't forget to pick up BOTH the pink shirt AND the Buddy Walk t-shirt! If you didn't get a team shirt, you can still participate by wearing our team colors or your favorite Cinderella outfit! Get there early so I have time to distribute our 128 shirts!!!

3. FOOD - if you want to stick around for the fun following the walk, you may either bring a picnic lunch or purchase some of the food that will be there. Bring CASH for food/drinks (it was VERY reasonable last year!). There will be lots of comfy grass to sit on!

4. SEATING - bring a lawn chair or blanket if you think you'll want to sit.

5. OTHER - bring a wagon or stroller for the kiddos if you don't think they'll want to walk, sunscreen (the weather is supposed to be BEAUTIFUL!), dress in layers, bring a camera and get ready to have a ton of fun!!!

**SPECIAL NOTE: We will all walk together as a team, so try to stick together! The walk is a FUN walk, not a race! On the walk route we will GATHER around Brooke's photo for a GROUP PICTURE, so be on the lookout for it! Step off the walk and hang out in the grass around her picture until we can get everyone together.

REGISTRATIONS:
If you have still not registered to walk, you have until TODAY, TUESDAY, OCTOBER 12TH TO REGISTER IN ADVANCE. After today, you will have to wait until you arrive at the walk to register. Donations will still be accepted until the event.
