No one wants to admit it but both orgs are generally the same - you have an obvious top 20%, an obvious bottom 20%, and everyone in the middle 60% is just that…middle of the pack, and if it’s your day you swing a recall. If you’ve got a section of 100 that’s 20 top talent. A section of 200 is 40 top talent. A section of 50 is 10 top talent.
