Well, my wife never placed the call. I ask her twice. She is a bigger procrastinator than me. I don't do phone calls, as I wear hearing aids which are not phone friendly. Anyway, after seeing this request, I placed another online order (not taking advantage of the offered free shipping). I received an email at 10am this morning from JCP that item is shipped. I just checked UPS tracking 11:30pm, and are saying they have not received item from JCP yet. WTF? Deja Vu? If I don't see a change in tracking status by noon tomorrow, you can be sure I'll be shooting an email to customer service, and it will not be friendly.
