 I received a b-12 shot at my doctor's office with an intern watching. It's a teaching facility, and I hadn't realized that this is common there. I had to drop trou and bend over the table for the shot, in full view of the student, who is about ten years younger than me. Getting a shot in the ass is nerve-wracking enough, and having an audience didn't really help the experience!

The nurse's cubicle was just screened-off from the waiting room so, whilst I don't think any of the waiting patients actually saw what was happening, they all heard the nurse tell me to pull down my pants and bend over for a shot and my "ouch" on feeling the needle in my bottom provoked some female giggles from outside.
