The one time in adolescence that I tried to avoid regaling the girl with a frontal nude before going across her lap, she pulled my pants all the way down for me, which was even more embarrassing. Whenever thereafter I was told to pull down my pants for injections, I asked "How far" and was invariably told "All the way". As an adult, I now find it quite erotic to be undressed by a beautiful nurse. I therefore just drop my trousers when told in the usually gratified hope that she will pull my pants down herself. I once got a RT while bent over the front of an exam table, followed by an injection in my left cheek. Pants/underpants were around my ankles, simply because I was partially standing and they, upon being loosened/lowered continues to drop on their own. That was the only time when I wasn't face down for either the temperature taking or shot(s) Oh, the only other time where it was different for shots, was when as a kid I got the Pasteur treatment! I was on my back, my pants lowered to my upper thighs, and my shirt lifted up, and depending where the previous day's injection had been given, I might have had my underpants slightly lowered so my lower abdomen could be accessed used as an injection site.
