I manage an ICU and yesterday our employee heath nurse came by and told me that one of my nurses was due her DTAP. It was one of my new employees and her 6th month evaluation was coming up. I saw her in the hallway and asked her to stop by when she had time. Hello Christine I said when she stopped by. I am working on your evaluation and I was just notified you are due for your DTAP. Darn it. I was trying to avoid it. I asked her to stop by before she left. I went over her evaluaion with her and she was a stellar nurse. I told her I was considering a 4-5% merit increase. She has volunteered for work overs, committee's etc. Well what do I need to do to convince you that I am a 5 percenter. I have your DTAP injection for you here. If you let me give it to you in your bottom I will submit it as a 5%. Thats all I have to do. Yep. She stood up and walked over to me and tunred around. I untied her scrubs which she had tied in the back and loosened them and they fell to the ground. Good gosh girl I said. I was looking a one rock solid white bare butt. I dont like panty lines. I always wondered why her scrub pants clung to her tight little butt. I run 5-8 miles a day. I ran my hands over her cheeks. I grabbed a handful of her left cheek and my finger slipped up her rectum. I squeezed her muscle a few times and darted her with the 20g 1.5 inch needle and injected. Afterward I slowly rubbed the injection site. When I stopped she said please continue it feels relaxing. After a few more minutes she pulled up her scrub bottoms and signed her evaluation. She said if you want you can come over tomorrow night for dinner. I will need someone to remove the bandaid and smiled at me.

I was out at triage this morning when this little blonde comes in with her hand wrapped in a towel. She was cutting lettuce at work when she sliced her thumb. You lucky we will be able to dermabond it and get you on your way. I showed it to the ER doctor who said dermabond, tube gauze and tetanus. I put the dressing on her thumb. be right back I told her. I came back with the tetanus shot. Is that for me? Yep. I thought I was going to get out of here without being stuck. Go ahead and turn around and lean over the end of the gurney. This goes deep in your bottom. Its been a whuile since I had a shot in the ass. I unzipped her black skirt and it fell to the ground. She had on a yellow pair of panties with bumble bees. I laughed as I pulled them down exposing her firm buttocks. Think of this as a bee sting. I told her to flex her right leg and then qickly jabbed her left hip and injected. I put a bandaid on the site and told her it was all done. Wow! I was so embarrased about you looking at my bare butt I never even felt it. Your good. Next time I need a butt shot I am coming back to you.
