After reading a number of these posts, it seems that many teen girls are still getting their temperatures taken rectally. Do any of the girls ask "Why?" or the Mothers question the method? Shots I can understand, but I was under the impression, perhaps mistakenly so, that the taking of a teen's rectal temperature, unless he or she was very ill, or the temperature taking to be done rectally, was ordered by a doctor were the few and rare times it was done. Just curious.

At what age are ghey given, how many shots and are they always in the butt?
