Your list is exactly like mine except instead of Philippines I chose Colombia for the top 10.

This is what I think will happen:
Winner-Puerto Rico
1st RU-Spain
2nd RU-Venezuela
Finalists-India, USA
Semis-Canada, Colombia, Mexico, South Africa, Trinidad

My dark horse is Canada. If she can get in the finals, we could have a surprise winner.
