I am really glad Andrea Noceti is making a good impact on us all. Though I'm from Asia, I love Colombia to win this yr. Think of it, they have great contestants but ended up as runner ups etc...this time let her win.
I feel strongly that this is the final positions:

1st-Colombia
2nd-Puerto Rico
3rd-Venezuela

4th-Spain
5th-South Africa

6th-Mexico/Panama
7th-Korea/Philippines/Hong Kong
8th-Sweden/Portugal
9th-India
10th-USA/Canada
